Registrations
Registrations are available for the 2026 Sheffield Folk Harp weekend. Registrations will be available until either the workshop is full or until Friday 9th January 2025. Please see registration form here.
It is expected that participants will bring their own harp, but if you are travelling or cannot bring your harp there may be some harps available to borrow or hire. This must be arranged in advance, contact Kate Fraser 0412 322 729.
A summary of the weekend
The workshop will run all day Friday and Saturday and Sunday morning, led by Andy Rigby with morning tea included. Andy Rigby will lead participants through a selection of tunes from his wide repertoire of Celtic, Latin American, Balkan and original music. Melodies will all be playable on lever harp and the workshop will include arrangement ideas for all sizes of harp and levels of proficiency. Full notation will be available…
